Two real captures accompany the drawn plates. Both are small local files, available over Gemini and HTTP. Their dates belong to the captures, not to the first releases of the games.

Drawn plates

The small ASCII drawings at the top of the entries are illustrations, not recovered screens. They condense a theme, object or relationship from the game. The HyperRogue drawing is a motif, not a mathematically accurate rendering of hyperbolic space.
